EurAide's offices in Europe and opening hours
The EurAide service counters in Munich and Berlin provide a variety of services that can save you time and money as you continue your travels around Central Europe. At both locations, these counters support the Deutsche Bahn (DB Vertrieb GmbH) sales counters in the same building.
Whether you have just arrived or are about to leave, the EurAide staff is ready to answer your questions in fluent English. The emphasis is on walk-in customers. Neither location is designed for telephone assistance to travelers. For train planning before the trip begins, contact the EurAide office in North America (or our partner offices in South Korea or Australasia).
