We assist travelers to obtain overnight train accommodations. Our customers include:
- Travelers who already have a railpass (purchased before contacting EurAide).
- Travelers who are considering a railpass (and EurAide can sell it to you). Remember that there are over 27,000 different railpass options for non-residents of Europe.
- Travelers who know that a railpass is not necessary but want tickets and/or overnight accommodations on a few, specific trips.
Take a few minutes to plan out your entire trip (suggestion: write it out or prepare an email, with dates of arrival and departure from specific cities) before contacting us (see below). We may ask you to fax or email us the list (please wait until we ask). Don't forget to mention all daytime trips that do not require any sleeper or couchette reservations (this can still influence what type of railpass we recommend).
- Our pricing system for your train reservations is unique. We charge you the actual price in Euros plus US$50 for shipping and handling the entire order. Most other companies charge less for S&H but mark up tickets and reservations to make your total cost higher.
- EurAide does not currently offer an on-line reservation booking service. If you would like to speak with an actual person, contact our North American office (calling from North America, dial 1 781 828-2488). We can give you a rough estimate of costs to be used for budgeting purposes. The estimate is intended to be generous and is an UPPER LIMIT. We will not exceed the UPPER LIMIT without your approval.
Important: EurAide does not want you to send credit card numbers via email. That can be done by phone or fax. We will also need the (3- or 4-digit) security code shown on your credit card to process any order.
