Tourist Information For travelers who walk into our Berlin or Munich offices, EurAide assists with staff that speaks English and German. We sell city maps of Berlin and Munich (Eur 0.50), and provide advice for many sites of interest. Both our offices hand out free copies of our newsletter, The Inside Track, which is packed with practical information on:

- Area highlights and city attractions
- Tours and Excursions
- Local transit information
When our offices are closed, please help yourself to a copy - they're in the bin outside.
Munich Our Munich office is open in high season (May-Oct) from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm all days except Sunday. Afternoon hours (on weekdays) are listed below. Hours are more limited during the off-season. Closed 15 Jan-15 March each winter. We are located behind the DB Reisezentrum (travel center), next to the Subway sandwich shop in the Munich Hauptbahnhof, or Central Railway Station. During weekday afternoons (3:30 pm to 7 pm) – you can also find EurAide Munich at counter 1 in the DB Reisezentrum (next door to our office).

Berlin Our Berlin office is open daily from 10 am to 7 pm in high season (May-July), and Monday to Friday from 11 am to 6 pm the rest of the year. Closed 23 Dec-15 Feb each winter. We are located in the DB Reisezentrum (travel center) – lower level - at the Berlin Hauptbahnhof or Central Railway Station (aka Berlin Hbf).
